H.R. Giger...why have you forsaken us?

C.E.L Level lowered to 3.0, and is staying there until I see this film with my own two eyes.  I guess it is a good thing that my high expectations have been completely shattered in the past few weeks. 

Now, now Deuterium, we've only seen some naughty tentacles, not the beast they are attached to. I know it's likely Carlos Huante, and his stuff isn't fit to wipe Giger's ass, and will probably come out looking like yet another hackneyed video game boss, but let's give it a chance, at least in this department. The cobrahugger wasn't too bad, after all.

I understand what you're saying but you can't really blame people for reacting negatively - do bear in mind that all that we've seen of the creatures so far is pretty bloody rubbish.

Maybe it'll all look great when seen in the context of the film, but so far the evidence isn't giving some of us much faith.
